The Real-Time Adaptive Optics (RT-AO) controller from Dynamic Optics is designed to deliver exceptional performance for adaptive optics systems, particularly in correcting atmospheric turbulence.
The controller, optimized with a Linux real-time kernel and hardware boasting workstation-level performance, ensures exceptional response speed and stability. Equipped with an integrated OPC-UA server, it seamlessly receives adaptive optical commands and efficiently disseminates system status data.
Thanks to this server-based architecture, the RT-AO controller is capable of independently operating a high-speed adaptive optics loop without requiring external communication. It supports multi-endpoint monitoring capabilities while maintaining control functionality through a single master client.
